Returns & Exchanges – Giftwalaa

What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

At Giftwalaa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.

  • This policy is valid only for orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support team and we’ll try our best to assist you.


How do I apply for a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at:

Include the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief reason for return (with photos if possible)

Once approved by our support team, you will be asked to send the product back to our warehouse address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


When will my return be processed?

We process returns within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
During sales or high-volume seasons, it may take up to 14 working days.


Do you offer refunds?

As a general policy, Giftwalaa does not offer refunds.
However, in rare cases where an exchange or replacement isn't possible, a refund may be offered.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your payment method.
