What is your Return or Exchange Policy?
At Giftwalaa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.

This policy is valid only for orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support team and we’ll try our best to assist you.
How do I apply for a return or exchange?

A brief reason for return (with photos if possible)
Once approved by our support team, you will be asked to send the product back to our warehouse address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
When will my return be processed?
We process returns within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
During sales or high-volume seasons, it may take up to 14 working days.
Do you offer refunds?
As a general policy, Giftwalaa does not offer refunds.
However, in rare cases where an exchange or replacement isn't possible, a refund may be offered.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your payment method.
