GENERAL INFORMATION

All our packages are fully insured, and the estimated delivery time mentioned below applies to orders shipped within Pakistan.
The estimated delivery timelines include production and processing time.

We accept advance payments for urgent orders, and an additional PKR 500/- is charged for urgent processing and shipping.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on order volume, location, or courier delays.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please make sure to specify this clearly during checkout.

Giftwalaa.shop will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification via Email and/or SMS.
This message will include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Tracking details (if available)

  • The shipping date

You can also track your order anytime by visiting our “Track My Order” page and entering your Order ID and Email Address.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues beyond our control.
